Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• AI Research & Innovation: monitor and evaluate AI advances, identify business value, prototype solutions.
• Prototyping & Solution Development: transform research into working prototypes, validate AI solutions across full lifecycle.
• Generative AI & Agentic Systems: develop with foundation models, RAG, fine-tuning; design multi-agent workflows.
• Deployment & Technical Collaboration: work with engineers to productionise prototypes and ensure governance.
