Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of software/AI/Platform experience.
• 2+ years GenAI hands-on with LLMs, RAG, vector databases.
• Experience with Azure and AWS and Python.

Responsibilities

• GenAI Solution Engineering: Design, develop, and deploy GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflows.
• GenAIOps & Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end lifecycle including architecture, secure deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Cloud, Platform & Scalability Engineering: Architect GenAI apps across Azure and AWS; ensure high availability and security.
• Software Engineering & Architecture: Develop scalable applications using Python and microservices; maintain CI/CD pipelines and best practices.
• Technical Leadership & Influence: Provide architectural leadership; mentor engineers; align with stakeholders across product, risk, and security.
