Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related discipline or master’s degree with 5+ years industry experience (GenAI and/or world model related) after graduation.
• 4+ years of research experience on foundation models, including training, fine-tuning, and prompting.
• In-depth experiences in deep learning, with work in at least two of the following areas: diffusion models, 3D reconstruction, world models.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C++) and hands-on experience with AI/NLP/CV libraries.
• Publication record in top venues (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICRA, IROS, RSS, NeurIPS, AAAI, ACL, EMNLP, CoRL).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on GenAI and Foundation models to address ADAS AI challenges (3D reconstruction, world models, map/localization, data curation, auto-labeling).
• Collaborate with an international team to apply Bosch GenAI/FM innovations to AI products and services such as ADAS.
• Stay current with conferences and market trends through academic events and seminars.
• Provide expert insights to management to aid in strategic R&D planning and investment decisions.
• Publish and disseminate findings through publications and patent submissions.
