Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science or Engineering or MSc with 3 years industry experience in multimodal foundation models
• 4 years of research experience on multimodal foundation models, agentic AI, robust and efficient GenAI
• Experience with foundation models: time-series, LLMs, VLMs, inference efficiency, deployment
• Proficiency in Python and C, with hands-on AI libraries
• Publication record in top venues such as ICML, ICLR, ICRA, CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on multimodal foundation models, agentic AI, robustness, and GenAI.
• Collaborate with an international team to transfer Bosch AI innovations into products.
• Stay abreast of tech trends by attending conferences and seminars.
• Provide expert insights to management on technology strategy and R&D direction.
• Document findings through publications and patent submissions.
