Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent research background with focus on AI/ML, robotics or autonomous systems.
• Minimum 5 years of R&D experience in AI tech including computer vision and robotics/automation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and engineering in core AI/ML to enable Embodied AI for ADAS/AD, automation, robotics and related domains.
• Push boundaries in AI-based robotics, incorporating vision-language-action models for reasoning and explainability.
• Collaborate across global research and engineering teams to ensure seamless technology transfer and integration.
• Implement research results into real-world challenges with high-quality system integration into Bosch platforms.
• Engage with academic and industry communities through conferences and publications.
