Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science or Engineering or related field, or master's with 3+ years industry experience.
• 4+ years research experience in multimodal foundation models.
• Experience with foundation models in time-series data analysis, LLMs, or VLMs.
• Proficiency in Python or C++ and hands-on with AI libraries.
• Publication record in top venues such as ICML/ICLR/NeurIPS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on multimodal foundation models, agentic AI, robustness and efficient GenAI.
• Collaborate with an international team to transfer Bosch-internal AI innovations to products.
• Stay current with conferences, technical events, and seminars.
• Offer expert insights to management on R&D trajectory and investments.
• Document findings through publications and patent submissions.
