Qualifications

• Ph.D. in CS/Engineering or master's with 3+ years in multimodal foundation models.
• 4+ years of research experience in multimodal foundation models.
• Experience with time-series, LLMs, VLMs, or deployment of large models.
• Proficiency in Python or C++ and AI libraries.
• Strong publication record in top venues (ICML/NeurIPS/ICLR/CVPR).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on multimodal foundation models, agentic AI, robustness and GenAI to address challenges.
• Collaborate with international experts to transfer innovations to Bosch AI products and services.
• Stay updated on latest tech trends by attending conferences and seminars.
• Provide expert insights to management on R&D trajectory and investments.
