Job summary

Rhoda AI is seeking a Senior/Staff Technical Program Manager for AI Research to scale how research programs come together across pre-training, post-training, data, GPU infrastructure, robotic hardware, and customer-facing model delivery.

You’ll own the integrated execution plan, connect milestones, anticipate dependencies, and drive blockers to resolution, enabling researchers and engineers to focus on building usable models.

Qualifications

• Significant technical program management experience delivering complex, interdependent work across ML/robotics or similar domains.
• Strong understanding of the machine learning development lifecycle and production challenges.
• Ability to build execution systems from ambiguity and drive progress without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Build the integrated research roadmap translating project plans into a continuous view of experiments, data readiness, and releases.
• Coordinate transitions from pre-training to post-training and deployment with clear ownership and criteria.
• Synchronize data, compute, and hardware capacity planning and forecasting.
• Drive blockers to resolution by coordinating owners and maintaining action plans.
• Surface capacity and staffing risks early to guide leadership decisions.
• Run lightweight execution rhythms and concise leadership updates.
• Manage uncertainty by distinguishing experiments, proofs-of-concept, and customer commitments.
• Improve cross-functional execution with hardware and operations TPM alignment.
