Ladders is seeking a Senior AI Prompt Writer to join a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role shapes how AI is applied across digital transformation, building practical, scalable prompts, agent experiences, and workflow improvements.

Remote from the US; compensation $100,000–$130,000 annually. You will partner with product, delivery and operations to translate strategy into usable AI prompts while balancing innovation, reliability and compliance in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience, preferably at an Analyst level.
• Strategic mindset aligned with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with backlog management and prioritization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, preferably applied in services development.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the AI innovation roadmap aligned with the digital transformation strategy.
• Develop AI solutions using sophisticated agents and prompts.
• Ensure AI models are scalable, reliable, and compliant.
• Participate in QA, volume, and bias testing of AI agents.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to enhance products and workflows.
• Support teams in advancing AI initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
