Job summary

Technology Partners is seeking a Machine Learning and Prompt Engineering Specialist to design, train, and optimize AI and LLM-based systems across multiple applications. You will work with cross‑functional teams to build, evaluate, and deploy scalable, safe, and ethical AI solutions.

Qualified candidates have strong ML/NLP experience, 2+ years with LLMs, and deep knowledge of prompt engineering, model lifecycles, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ML or NLP roles.
• 2+ years with LLMs or generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong grasp of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning; experience in training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Deep understanding of LLM behavior, tokenization, and context windows.
• Experience crafting prompts for summarization, classification, reasoning, and creative generation.
• Knowledge of safety, bias mitigation, and ethical considerations in prompt design.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and optimize AI/LLM-based systems across applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable, safe AI solutions.
• Develop scenarios and personas; apply voice to models in simulations.
• Design multiple personas for transitions between training and coaching within simulations.
• Monitor, train, and improve model safety, fairness, and reliability across a scaled solution.
• Collaborate with executives, product, design, and engineering to integrate AI into products.
