Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks a Generative AI Specialist to define patterns, architectures, and tooling for designing prompts and agentic LLM-based applications across the organization. You will lead with hands-on expertise in prompt design, agent architectures, and scalable design patterns, guiding teams toward responsible AI practices and production-ready solutions.

The role requires 6+ years of software engineering experience with LLMs, fluency in Python, and a track record shipping

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience on LLM-based applications.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered products to production.
• Deep familiarity with modern LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Strong Python skills and modern app frameworks.
• Commitment to responsible AI principles and safety considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define organization-wide standards and architectures for LLM-based apps.
• Design prompts, templates, and retrieval strategies for production use cases.
• Architect agentic systems with tool use, planning, memory, and multi-step reasoning.
• Lead retrieval-augmented generation pipelines including chunking and reranking.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for prompt quality and end-to-end task success.
• Build internal tooling to accelerate LLM app development across teams.
• Establish guardrails and policy patterns for LLM-powered products.
• Collaborate with model engineering on prompt-model co-design and fine-tuning opportunities.
• Conduct technical reviews of LLM designs across product teams.
• Mentor engineers and applied scientists on prompt engineering and architecture.
• Lead red-teaming to improve robustness against adversarial inputs.
• Track latency, cost, and quality trade-offs and recommend optimizations.
• Document patterns and lessons learned for internal reuse.
• Stay current with LLM capabilities and translate advances into practice.
