Job summary

Technology Partners is seeking a Lead Prompt Engineer & Applied AI Architect to design and scale AI-powered coaching and simulation experiences using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering.

You will lead prompts, RAG frameworks, and AI workflows, partnering with cross-functional teams to create multi-agent training scenarios, governance standards, and production-ready solutions. Proficiency in Python and OpenAI ecosystems is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AI/ML/NLP or related fields.
• 4+ years with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Proven experience leading AI initiatives or teams.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Ollama, Anthropic, or similar ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of prompts, RAG frameworks, and AI workflows for coaching and simulation solutions.
• Create multiple AI personas and multi-agent interactions for realistic training scenarios.
• Define and enforce prompt engineering standards, evaluation criteria, and governance practices.
