• Define and manage the AI program portfolio, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Drive execution of AI initiatives from concept to deployment and scaling.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, product, operations, IT, security, legal, procurement, and business stakeholders.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports to communicate program performance.
• Lead communications, training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement activities.
