Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive Agentic AI enablement and governance across engineering workflows. You will partner with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and platform teams to scale AI-powered engineering solutions.

You will lead cross-functional programs, manage roadmaps and milestones, and ensure secure governance of AI assets while aligning with Qualcomm AI Foundations and GSOC strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Preferred: PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Agentic AI initiatives across GSOC.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status reporting.
• Establish governance, rhythms, metrics, and review mechanisms for delivery.
• Coordinate with multiple organizations to balance priorities and resources.
• Drive governance, asset management, and security/compliance alignment for AI assets.
