Job summary

You will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to set plans, manage risks, and drive strong program health. The role is office-based in San Diego, CA with onsite work policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of experience (Master's = 1 year, Doctorate = 2 years).
• PMP certification is a plus for the role.

Responsibilities

• Build technical and program understanding to develop insights and influence.
• Drive program alignment and execution across multiple technologies.
• Scope and plan with interdependencies, staffing, and scheduling across teams.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering for Plan of Records commitments.
• Establish execution discipline including risk management, tracking, and reporting.
• Develop program health indicators for quality and timelines.
• Streamline development cycles by coordinating multiple plans and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align schedules and processes.
• Communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
