Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Lead Principal Technical Program Manager to shape and lead AI for Support initiatives, driving automation, data harvesting, and knowledge pipelines that empower GenAI agents and support engineers.

You will partner with senior leadership to align roadmaps, allocate resources, and oversee cross-functional delivery across Oracle service and GenAI teams, ensuring secure, scalable, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs in AI/GenAI or similar domains.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical scope, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, knowledge management, and security/compliance considerations.

Responsibilities
