Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, incl. 5+ years leading complex cross‑functional programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong strategic thinking with execution focus and data-driven mindset.
• Expert PowerPoint skills for executive presentations and reviews.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI and automation to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief of Staff to drive strategic initiatives and executive priorities.
• Lead cross‑functional programs ensuring on-time delivery of high-impact initiatives.
• Translate strategy into actionable program plans with milestones, ownership & metrics.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and communications for informed decision‑making.
• Build relationships with senior leaders to drive alignment and execution.
• Identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and drive resolution.
