Job summary
Google's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in Sunnyvale, CA to lead the design and implementation of GenAI-enabled agent infrastructure within Google Cloud. You will provide technical leadership across teams, architect scalable systems, and build tools with the ADK and Agent Engine to advance model evaluation and customization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of software development experience.
- 5 years testing, launching software products; 3 years design/architecture.
- 5 years leading ML design and ML infrastructure.
- 2 years GenAI techniques or related concepts.
Responsibilities
- Improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency of Orcas Agent Runtime Platform.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and infra teams to ship reliable services.
- Architect and develop evaluation/customization solutions using ADK and Agent Engine.
- Mentor engineers and scientists on design and ML best practices.
- Collaborate with research teams to translate techniques into product impact.
