Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary efforts delivering Generative AI products for enterprise customers within the Cloud AI team.

You will partner with product managers and engineers to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and guide projects to successful releases, influencing Google's AI strategy across Gemini Enterprise, Agent platforms, and model deployment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with AI model training, testing, evaluation, and tuning processes, Large Language Model (LLM) release cycles and timeline management.
  • Experience with ML or AI principles and technical strategy.
  • Experience working on agentic frameworks and products.

  • Manage high-impact customer engagements, advocate new evaluation methodologies, and define KPIs for data quality and success.
  • Provide clear project status updates to audiences, including cross-functional partners and leadership. Drive feature planning, building cohesion and alignment across all stakeholders.

You will partner with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define roadmaps, prioritize features, in-depth search into the technical and product specifications, and guide technical projects to successful release.
In this role, you will navigate an environment where your technical depth, product understanding, and program management experience directly influence Google's AI strategy. You will use your problem-solving skills and contextual knowledge to manage our Generative AI delivery efforts, spanning Agent platforms, Gemini Enterprise, and model deployment. You will be a thinker capable of navigating organizational complexity to empower developers to build intelligent applications.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
