Job summary

CareSource is seeking an EES Program Manager to lead enterprise-level programs within Enterprise Engineering Solutions. You will govern complex, cross-functional initiatives, align with strategic objectives, and drive delivery through planning, governance, and performance management.

You will partner with leaders to secure funding and resources, develop program roadmaps, and provide executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, business, or PM.
PMP or PgMP certification preferred, Agile/SDLC knowledge expected.
Experience leading large cross-functional programs in IT, data, or engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program execution aligned to enterprise priorities.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies; drive mitigation strategies.
Establish program governance, intake, prioritization, and stakeholder forums.
Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders across business and IT.
Drive alignment and decisions across matrixed teams.
Develop and deliver program-level reporting and dashboards to senior leadership.
Facilitate planning activities including resource forecasting and roadmap development.
Ensure adherence to enterprise PM standards and governance practices.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities across delivery and operations.
Manage stakeholder engagement and issue resolution to maintain momentum.
Oversee program documentation for governance and audit readiness.
Monitor risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs).
Adopt AI development tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
