Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP seeks an accomplished Senior Technical Program Manager to steer complex AI initiatives across the firm’s AI Product Group. You will synchronize product management, engineering, and platform operations with global teams and external partners, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep AI/ML program management expertise, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence across large organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive technical program management experience leading complex AI/ML initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise AI Program Delivery across AI product management, engineering, platform operations, global teams, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, dependency maps, milestones and delivery schedules.
• Establish governance, escalation protocols, and delivery standards for transparency and accountability.
• Coordinate production readiness and launch gates, including security reviews and performance evidence.
• Manage external vendor/partner delivery, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee knowledge transfer and operational transition to internal teams.
• Provide executive-level reporting and communications on program health and decisions.

Education
