Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive technical program management experience.
• Experience leading multi-vendor technology initiatives and AI/ML production deployments.
• Strong program planning, dependency management, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Understanding of AI/ML development lifecycles, data readiness, and production release requirements.
• Ability to interpret architectural documentation and engage senior engineers/architects credibly.
• Experience establishing production readiness reviews and stage-gate processes.
• Proven vendor/partner management and accountable delivery.
• Experience knowledge transfer and operational transition from partner to internal teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level reporting.
• Global teamwork experience across time zones and distributed engineering teams.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and scalable processes in fast-paced environments.
• No professional certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Lead Enterprise AI program delivery across product management, engineering and partners.
• Develop and maintain program plans, dependency maps, milestones and schedules.
• Establish governance processes, escalation, and delivery standards for transparency.
• Coordinate production readiness, performance evidence, security reviews and launch criteria.
• Manage external vendors and ensure technical standards and acceptance criteria are met.
• Oversee knowledge transfer and transition to internal teams with clear milestones.
• Collaborate with engineers, enterprise architects, and data teams to align delivery.
• Provide executive-level updates, dashboards, and decision recommendations.
• Coordinate stakeholders across U.S. and India engineering teams and offices.
• Build and improve program management tools, cadences and reporting frameworks.
• Support strategic initiatives to advance AI strategy and business priorities.
