Job summary

Archer collaborates with Oracle to identify and place exceptional professionals for a Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager role. The candidate will drive AI programs across OCI and Oracle Database, coordinating with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead large initiatives, manage data-driven programs, and ensure alignment with business objectives while navigating technical constraints in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Analytical background with measurable business impact.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of program management, process improvement, or project execution experience.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects with milestones and deadlines.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources; identify new data sources.
• Identify bottlenecks, escalate issues, and balance objectives with constraints.
• Build and nurture global stakeholder relationships for progress and priorities.
• Surface and clarify both stated and unstated goals and business issues.
