Job summary

Archer, in partnership with Oracle, seeks a Senior Principal Program Manager to lead cloud transformation initiatives from our Nashville HQ. You will define scope, drive improvement programs, and collaborate with product management, services, and global functions to optimize processes.

You will apply analytics, manage change, and communicate with executives. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI capabilities and opportunities to shape new practices within a growing enterprise.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or equivalent degree.
• 10+ years in project management, program management, portfolio management, and/or business analysis.
• Experience in a large, enterprise environment across multiple organizations.
• Proven success in mission critical business transformation, large scale process change management and/or complex process implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Process Transformation: Define and implement robust business process improvements, including establishing baseline KPIs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and customer success teams to map end-to-end cloud-based processes.
• Strategic Risk Assessment: Identify enterprise risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies with measurable outcomes.
• Complex Change Management: Develop change management strategies, training materials, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Executive Communication & Awareness: Communicate insights and recommendations to executives with clear messaging.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report process performance metrics and develop dashboards for leadership.
• Additional Responsibilities: Lead or support other transformation initiatives as needed.
