Archer, in collaboration with Oracle, is building OCI Networking’s AI-powered digital twin to enable autonomous, safe network operations. The team identifies strategic ML/AI opportunities, designs robust research programs, and develops leading-edge models and architectures to solve complex product problems.

The role leads cross-functional collaboration with science, engineering, and product experts while guiding the research from concept to production and sharing insights with the broader

• Partner with science, engineering, and product leaders to identify ML/AI use cases.
• Lead end-to-end research programs, surveying literature and building high-quality datasets.
• Design, train, and optimize ML/AI models and solution architectures.
• Guide technical teams to deploy solutions into production and measure impact.
• Publish and present research findings in conferences or journals.
