Qualifications

• 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, ML design, and optimizing industry-scale ML infrastructure.
• 5 years of experience with one or more: Speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or a related ML field.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership or people management role.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage team goals and priorities across multiple ML projects.
• Provide technical leadership and influence product strategy and architecture.
• Oversee deployment of large-scale ML infrastructure across sites and teams internationally.
• Guide engineers, mentor teams, and manage budgets for ML initiatives.
