Real Chemistry, a leading healthcare agency, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. This role leads complex, integrated initiatives across channels and provides day-to-day leadership for the project team, balancing hands-on delivery with mentoring and process stewardship.

This hybrid position can be based in US offices (New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, San Francisco) or remote within the US, depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare communications.
• Expert knowledge of digital and print production workflows.
• Strong skills in scoping, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Prior mentoring or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of integrated campaigns spanning digital, print, events, and video.
• Develop detailed Gantts and critical paths across multiple deliverables and vendors.
• Anticipate risks, propose solutions, and manage change control to protect scope, timing, and margin.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers and Coordinators. Model best practices and documentation hygiene.
• Partner with Account to align execution to strategy and client expectations.
• Own forecasting inputs and invoice readiness in collaboration with Finance.
