Job summary

International, based in Lisle, Illinois, seeks an AI Product Owner for the MyInternational Dealer ecosystem. You will own AI use-case backlogs, define requirements, prioritize stories, and collaborate with engineers, UX, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of technical project/program management experience.
• Master's degree and at least 3 years of technical project/program management experience.
• At least 8 years of technical project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the backlog for assigned AI use cases within the MyInternational Dealer ecosystem.
• Make day-to-day product decisions for requirements, priorities, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Align priorities and trade-offs with senior product leadership and the broader product team.
• Understand dealer workflows and pain points to identify AI opportunities.
• Partner with users, UX, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate needs into deliverables.
• Define how AI insights should be surfaced and acted upon within dealer workflows.
• Ensure work is ready for delivery with clear requirements and dependencies.
• Drive capabilities from discovery through pilot and production, including MVP and adoption tracking.
• Track product adoption and business impact with cross-functional accountability.
• Prioritize work based on impact, value, feasibility, risk, and speed to learning.
• Contribute to data discussions, integrations, data quality, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design.
