Amazon is seeking an AI Product Manager - Technical to own the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale AI products for Amazon Customer Service. This role sits within the Data Intelligence team, a cross-functional group advancing AI capabilities through Generative AI, NLP, Knowledge Graphs, and Reinforcement Learning to dramatically improve customer experiences at global scale.

7+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Craft clear, differentiated value propositions for leadership and diverse audiences.

Partner with design, engineering, science, and leaders to align roadmap priorities and influence cross-functional strategies.
Mentor technical product leaders; participate in hiring and career development.
