Job summary

Cox Automotive in Irvine seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Instant Cash Offer (ICO) product. You will own end-to-end product work from discovery through delivery, directing AI across the lifecycle and producing artifacts like prototypes and specs.

Work with engineering, UX, analytics, marketing, and client solutions to translate market and consumer needs into marketable AI-enabled solutions, establish strategy, roadmap, and readiness for launches.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4 years' experience.
Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology and product lifecycle practices.
Comfort using AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, Figma Make) to research, prototype, and author specs.
Ability to translate consumer and market research into product requirements.

Responsibilities

Studies ICO consumers, dealers, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities.
Collaborates with UX research, marketing research, client solutions, and stakeholders to gather feedback and synthesize insights.
Owns backlog creation and refinement, and manages agile delivery tooling (Rally) to translate opportunities into solutions.
Writes clear specs for teams and AI agents and ensures alignment with product vision.
Oversees product readiness, launch activities, and market access requirements.
