Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Sr Product Manager to own end-to-end ICO product work, from discovery through delivery and measurement. You will direct AI across the product lifecycle to accelerate outcomes, building prototypes and specs directly rather than waiting for handoffs.

You will collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, marketing, and client solutions to align market needs with business goals, and contribute to the roadmap and commercialization planning while managing agile delivery and

Qualifications

Educational background with a related degree and several years of experience in product management.
Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile and product lifecycle processes.
Proficiency using AI tools to research, prototype, and write specs.

Responsibilities

Discover and evaluate new product ideas and enhancements for ICO.
Collaborate with UX, analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders to define specs.
Own end-to-end product work from discovery to delivery and measurement.
Create and maintain product vision, roadmap, and value proposition for ICO.
Develop backlogs, versioned increments, and agile delivery tooling (Rally).
Write clear specifications for teams and AI agents to execute.
Build reusable context for AI-assisted work and decision making.
Develop prototypes with AI-native tools and validate solutions before coding.
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and release planning.
Lead launch activities addressing marketplace access and key features.
Measure performance and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
