Job summary

Ivo Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own key areas of our platform end to end—from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration.

You will partner with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to translate complex legal workflows into high-impact product solutions. The role emphasizes staying ahead of frontier LLM capabilities, making smart tradeoffs in a fast-paced startup, and delivering measurable value for our clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience.
• Experience owning products from concept to launch.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Strong customer empathy and understanding of complex workflows.
• Judgment on where to apply 80/20 and strategic tradeoffs.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Own key areas end-to-end from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Spend time with customers to understand problems.
• Work daily with engineering and design to scope and ship.
• Track frontier LLM capabilities and translate to decisions.
• Partner with sales and customer success to feed roadmap priorities.
• Define success metrics and hold yourself to them.
