Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or related experience, with AI/ML or GenAI products shipped to production.
• Portfolio-level impact with multi-product strategy and executive-level visibility.
• Hands-on building: you prototype ideas with AI tools and justify model behavior changes.
• Evaluation experience with precision/recall metrics and live/offline evals.
• Systems thinking: build reusable infrastructure and prevent problem class recurrences.
• Strong business cases, ROI models, and roadmaps informing investment decisions.
• Deep understanding of modern AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, agents, RAG, and evals.
• Work from first principles, prioritize well, and make timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio strategy and vision for AI products; set the long-term roadmaps.
• Drive business discovery at scale with enterprise leaders to define use cases.
• Hands-on prototyping to prove feasibility before full team commitment.
• Turn validated use cases into buildable requirements and UX considerations.
• Drive delivery from prototype to production across the portfolio.
• Define quality metrics, eval frameworks, and governance alignment.
• Lead cross-organizational teams without direct authority; influence executives.
