Job summary

Commerce.com US, Inc. is seeking an AI Lead Software Engineer to design and implement agentic AI product solutions at scale. You will collaborate with senior Product and Engineering leaders to drive strategic AI initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualified candidates will have deep experience shipping AI systems, strong server-side skills, and a proven track record with LLMs and MLOps. Hybrid work available in select US metros with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant experience architecting and shipping Agentic AI systems in production.
• Strong server-side engineering in Python, Go, Java, or similar.
• Experience building product solutions with LLMs and GenAI technologies.
• Experience working with product data pipelines and familiarity with e-commerce taxonomies.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to provide guidance and strategic direction.
• Lead major AI initiatives and translate high-level designs into implementations.
• Build scalable, secure systems capable of large-scale operation.
