Job summary

Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the Product-Tech function for US Planning & Audience Insights. Own the vision and roadmap for AI-powered tools and data platforms shaping customer experiences across Prime Video.

You will lead a team of PMs and collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and BI engineers to drive measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and content satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
• 2+ years of team management experience
• 5+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of customer-impacting tools spanning release planning, experimentation automation, GenAI-powered content analysis, and audience segmentation — from vision through delivery.
• Define clear product tenets, make deliberate 'what not to build' decisions, and measure success by downstream impact on viewer engagement, content performance, and audience growth.
• Drive the team's AI strategy: GenAI-powered content gap identification, natural language data interfaces, automated experiment analysis, and AI-generated dashboard summaries.
• Develop recognized segment expertise across Prime Video's internal customer base and build a structured discovery cadence and 'voice of the customer' mechanism.
