Qualifications

• 6+ years of end to end product delivery experience.
• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of content experiences across Prime Video platforms that maximize customer engagement and long-term retention.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of content consumption patterns, viewing behaviors, customer sentiment, and unmet needs across various use cases and contexts.
• Set the bar for product thinking across the team — mentor other PMs, influence cross-org priorities, and represent the customer experience perspective in senior leadership forums.
• Design and implement discovery and engagement solutions that surface the right content to the right customer at the right moment — creating experiences that feel personalized, intuitive, and delightful.
• Create innovative approaches to content presentation, navigation, and progression that make it effortless for customers to find what they love and keep coming back.
• Define and analyze engagement and retention metrics to measure success, drive continuous improvement, and inform product direction.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, content, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Build a culture of experimentation
