Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager to lead end‑to‑end AI/ML initiatives for Prime Video's digital supply chain. You will own the product strategy, collaborate across engineering, data science, and operations, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance customer experiences.

The role emphasizes architecture, scalability, performance, and latency considerations while aligning with business goals and technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience.
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority.
• Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for cross-functional AI/ML initiatives for the digital supply chain.
• Collaborate with engineering and applied/data science teams to translate business problems into model requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with product goals.
• Work closely with science, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to prioritize features and experiments.
• Own the full product lifecycle: from data acquisition, development, experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and continuous monitoring.
