Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to lead a federated PM community across the firm, defining standards, coordinating best practices, and connecting PMs wherever they sit. You’ll partner with PMO, design, engineering, and architecture enablement to deliver shared roadmaps, PRDs, and lifecycle management.

In this role you’ll drive customer discovery, market analysis, and opportunities, shaping product visions and backlogs while promoting a disciplined, scalable development approach across diverse

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience and a proven track record of launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Experience in product management for AI or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines).
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Passion for innovation and knowledge of market trends in AI and technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Partner with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote PRDs, business cases, and feature specifications.
