Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community across the firm and define shared standards for product practice. You will shape strategies, roadmaps, PRDs, and metrics across design, engineering, and architecture enablement teams.

You’ll drive customer discovery, market analysis, and lifecycle management from ideation to delivery, adoption, and continuous enhancement, enabling EY's AI-focused product initiatives and scalable practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in AI or technology products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks.
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across design, engineering and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for PRDs, backlog management, and lifecycle management.
• Support ongoing planning, capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Define and evolve product vision, strategy and roadmaps, from ideation to delivery and adoption.
• Develop PRDs, business cases, and feature specifications to guide delivery.
• Own and prioritize the backlog balancing customer needs, business priorities, and constraints.
• Define product KPIs and leverage feedback to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver customer-centric products.
• Assist with release planning, go-to-market readiness, and stakeholder communications.
