Job summary

Walker & Dunlop seeks an AVP, Senior Product Manager – Agentic Workflows to lead AI-powered automation initiatives across real estate workflows. You will partner with business leaders, prototype, and deploy AI solutions, and drive measurable business impact while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Travel to field locations will be required. The role requires 8+ years in product management, strong AI technology knowledge, and the ability to translate complex needs into scalable tech

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering AI solutions into production.
• Experience leading products through discovery to production adoption.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, prompts, and developer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI-enabled workflow opportunities with business teams.
• Prototype AI workflows using modern AI tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Security, Legal, and Procurement to production.
• Define KPIs and measure adoption, efficiency, quality, and impact.
• Translate business needs into production-ready requirements and prioritize backlog.
• Present solutions to stakeholders and refine based on feedback.
