Landmark, based in our Presidio office in San Francisco, is hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to own the AI support product suite. You will work closely with AI engineers, directly reporting to the Head of Product, spending time with end users and shaping the commercialization playbook.

This hands-on role combines product design, prototyping, and hands-on coding with your engineering partners. You will formalize the product, improve quality, and move beyond the current CRM to connect to email

• Turn what you learn into practical improvements, then design, prototype, and test them with users against real workflows.
• Own the technical readiness roadmap to move beyond our current CRM setup, connect to different email providers and CRM systems, and support multiple property management systems (PMS).
• Build a playbook to rapidly onboard acquired companies and external SaaS customers, then configure, evaluate, and calibrate Homepilot and the agents for how each company works.
• Partner with the executive team on commercialization strategy while owning the product roadmap that makes it technically possible.
• Contribute hands-on product design, and prototype and ship code alongside your two engineering partners.

About the Team

The AI support team at Landmark builds the products our operators use to serve owners and residents: Homepilot, our AI-native heads-up display, along with our tenant support agent and our owner support agent. We're a small team of product and AI engineering, and we work directly alongside the support and operations teams who rely on these tools every day.

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to lead our AI support product suite. A strong initial product is already built. Now it's time to formalize it, go deep on quality, and shape what comes next.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You'll report directly to the Head of Product and partner with two AI engineers. About half your time will be spent close to end users and deep in evaluations. You'll also own the technical readiness roadmap that lets these products work across companies and supports their commercialization.

This role is based in our Presidio office in San Francisco. We work in the office four days a week, with some flexibility.

In this role, you will:

You might thrive in this role if you:

• Have built tools for support or service teams and understand complex operations well enough to earn operators' trust and make strong product decisions.
• Are comfortable with SQL, prompts and evaluations, APIs and integrations, and building prototypes.
• Use AI to extend what you can do, including shipping some code yourself.
• Can turn operational needs into clear, usable experiences and work through designs directly with users and engineers.
• Get into the details with end users, communicate priorities clearly, and follow through from discovery to delivery.
• Have hands-on AI product experience, or are an exceptional operations-focused PM ready to go deep on AI.

Compensation

• $200,000–$220,000 USD annual base salary, plus competitive equity.
