Job summary

Landmark in San Francisco seeks a Senior AI Product Manager to own our AI support suite: Homepilot, Staci, and Hillary. You’ll be a hands-on contributor working closely with two AI engineers, shaping quality and readiness for commercialization.

You bring 5+ years in product management, deep operations experience, and a strong design sense. Proficiency with SQL, APIs, and AI prototyping is desired. Four days in Presidio office with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Operational depth in tools for support or service teams.
• Technical range: SQL, prompts & evaluations, APIs, prototypes.
• Product design skills to translate needs into usable experiences.
• Strong stakeholder partnership with end users.
• Hands-on AI product experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shadow support teams and end users to learn processes behind product decisions.
• Work hands-on with prompts and evaluations; investigate failures with engineering.
• Translate learnings into practical improvements; prototype and test with users.
