GSK's Enterprise AI team translates the promise of AI into measurable impact across Legal and Compliance, obtaining an overarching strategy for high‑impact AI opportunities. The role demands an experienced professional who can prototype hands-on and guide engineers to value-driven outcomes.

As a senior individual contributor, you will own the portfolio, define success metrics, and partner with legal and compliance leadership to drive funded AI engagements that scale globally.

Competenze

• Hands-on work with modern AI/ML concepts — including LLMs, agentic systems, and digital workers; demonstrated through prototyping.
• Background in product management or product strategy, including opportunity sizing, roadmap development, prototyping, and stakeholder alignment.
• Track record of identifying AI value in high-judgment, document-heavy work such as contract review, clause extraction, or compliance monitoring.
• Direct involvement with senior legal/compliance leadership to turn priorities into funded AI programs.

• Hunt for high-value AI opportunities across Legal and Compliance and develop a global portfolio of AI products ranked by impact, feasibility, and time‑to‑value.
• Quantify value with business cases: review hours, contract cycle time, outside counsel spend, monitoring coverage, and risk surfaced earlier.
• Own the Enterprise AI portfolio and maintain a living view of in-flight, queued, and de-prioritized opportunities.
