Job summary

GoodRx is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead AI/GenAI initiatives. You will own the product vision and roadmap for AI pods, translate requirements for LLM-based systems, and drive cross‑functional execution with engineering, data science, design, legal, and compliance.

You will define success metrics, governance, and mentor other PMs while balancing speed, safety, and regulatory needs. The role requires 8+ years in product management, deep AI fluency, strong executive

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related product management experience.
• Experience shipping AI/ML or GenAI products in production.
• Experience shaping AI product decisions from user needs to metrics.
• Ability to lead AI platforms and cross-functional products.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for one or more AI use-case pods.
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into detailed, technically complex product requirements for LLM-based systems, agents, and evaluation pipelines.
• Drive execution across engineering, data science, design, legal, and compliance, unblocking teams and managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Define success metrics and evaluation criteria for AI features; ensure quality, safety, and regulatory readiness before launch.
• Shepherd initiatives through AI governance review balancing technical, user, business, and regulatory considerations.
• Set product standards and playbooks for the CoE; mentor pod product managers and raise the bar on AI product craft across GoodRx.
