Job summary

Intuit seeks a Manager 3, Product Management to lead AI-powered initiatives within the Foresight organization. You will shape strategy, identify high-value opportunities, and drive execution across Ascend, Delphi, Magellan for Omni, and other innovation efforts.

Collaborate with User Research, Design Technology, GenOS, and AI platform teams to embed customer insights, experimentation, and scalable design into product strategy and delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management in a high-complexity environment.
• Proven track record delivering AI-native features from concept to launch.
• Strong UX focus for generative AI products and conversational interfaces.
• Experience partnering with design, engineering, data, and research teams.
• Ability to drive execution across multiple programs and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and end-to-end execution for strategic Foresight initiatives.
• Translate opportunities into roadmaps aligning cross-functional teams.
• Establish durable cross-functional operating mechanisms and frameworks.
• Foster rapid innovation with scalable execution in a matrixed organization.
• Guide concepts from discovery through validation, scaling, and integration.
• Define portfolio KPIs and communicate outcomes to senior leadership.
