Job summary

MinIO is seeking a senior product leader to own growth and GTM for our Data Intelligence products. You will translate technical vision into market strategy, pricing, and field-ready messaging, working closely with engineering, marketing, and sales.

You will engage with inference platforms, data teams, and executive buyers to shape product direction and competitive strategy while ensuring revenue impact across the field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years on infrastructure, data, or AI/ML products sold to technical buyers.
• Fluency in modern AI and analytics stacks; conversant with training and inference pipelines and how data platform teams make buy/build decisions.
• Track record of working with field teams on revenue and enabling sellers with product conversations.
• Partnership with marketing on crafting compelling narratives and external presentations.
• Strong analytical instincts and data-driven decision making.
• Strong written communication and rigorous thinking in writing.
• Excellent partnership with engineering and prioritization credibility.
• Experience owning pricing and packaging decisions.
