Job summary

MinIO, a data and memory foundation for enterprise AI, seeks a senior product leader who blends technical fluency with revenue focus. You will own important product lines, influence positioning, and drive GTM readiness with engineering, marketing, and field teams.

You will lead growth strategy for Data Intelligence products, collaborate on partnerships, and shape pricing and packaging to capture value as workloads grow. A customer-centric, data-driven leader is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years on infrastructure, data, or AI/ML products sold to technical buyers.
• Fluency in modern AI and analytics stacks, understanding training/inference pipelines, storage tradeoffs, and how data platforms buy/build decisions are made.
• Track record of working with field teams on real revenue, enabling sellers, and influencing deals with product conversations.
• Partnership with marketing on crafting narratives, and presenting at external conferences/webinars.
• Strong analytical instincts and data-driven hypothesis testing.
• Excellent written communication and rigorous thinking; credible with engineering teams on prioritization.
• Experience owning pricing/packaging decisions, not just commenting on them.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategy for MinIO’s Data Intelligence products and determine target markets and sequencing of bets.
• Forge partnerships with key players to build ground-breaking products.
• Own the customer and buyer motion, participate in strategic deals, and feed win/loss insights into strategy.
• Shape positioning and narrative with Marketing to land AI stories in market and guide first-time buyers.
• Create field assets to support deals and ensure field teams can confidently discuss AI and lakehouse buyers.
• Lead pricing and packaging decisions for Data Intelligence products; differentiate AI/Analytics motions.
