Job summary

BetaNXT is seeking a Head of AI Product to join its Product Management leadership team and translate the company’s enterprise AI strategy into differentiated, scalable and commercially successful product capabilities delivered through DataXChange and InsightX. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the role co-owns the integrated AI roadmap across multiple suites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years enterprise product management experience in technology/fintech environments.
• Proven track record launching AI, data or workflow products from discovery to production.
• Strong understanding of regulated financial-services workflows and compliance.
• Experience developing roadmaps, business cases, pricing or packaging for enterprise software.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, data, security, legal, sales and finance to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated AI product portfolio and 12–18 month roadmap across multiple suites.
• Lead discovery with market problems and buyer personas; validate problems with VOC insights.
• Drive market-driven prioritization and business cases before capability roadmaps.
• Partner with CTO and engineering to create realistic delivery plans and commitments.
• Lead packaging, pricing, launch plans, and enablement; monitor adoption and performance.
• Promote governance, data rights, privacy, model risk management, and compliance.
