Job summary

BetaNXT is seeking a Head of AI Product to lead product management for AI capabilities across DataXChange and InsightX. The role reports to the Chief Product Officer and sits with senior PM leadership across multiple platforms, guiding discovery, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategy.

You will own governance, pricing, packaging, and scaling of AI-enabled features while partnering with technology, sales and marketing to ensure market success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise product management experience in fintech, data products or adjacent fields.
• Proven track record taking AI, data or workflow products from discovery through production launch and measurable adoption.
• Experience with regulated financial-services workflows is preferred.
• Experience developing roadmaps, business cases, pricing or packaging, and launch plans for enterprise software or data products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated AI product portfolio and 12–18 month roadmap across DataXChange, InsightX and related capabilities.
• Lead discovery using outside-in methods, define users and jobs to be done, and translate market problems into requirements.
• Collaborate with CTO, engineering and delivery teams to create realistic delivery plans and manage dependencies.
• Develop packaging and pricing, messaging, and launch plans with cross-functional teams.
• Define adoption metrics and monitor client outcomes and financial performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
