Job summary

Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Owner for AI & Data Strategy to define, build, and scale enterprise AI products while strengthening data foundations. This senior IC role bridges strategy and execution across multiple teams to deliver measurable impact.

You will lead AI opportunities, develop backlogs, and drive adoption with focus on governance, privacy, and security in line with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive product management or related experience.
• Proven experience leading strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery for complex enterprise products.
• Experience delivering AI-powered or data-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents and model evaluation.
• Strong enterprise data management understanding (governance, quality, lineage, privacy).
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and business case skills.
• Experience supporting organizational change and user adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI product strategies, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Prioritize AI opportunities based on customer value, impact, data readiness, feasibility, and risk.
• Lead product discovery, MVP development, launch planning, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate objectives into product backlogs, features, user stories, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with data teams to improve data quality, governance, and readiness for AI use cases.
• Incorporate privacy, compliance, security, governance, and human oversight into product design.
• Collaborate on Snowflake AI capabilities, Salesforce Agentforce initiatives, and related innovations.
• Create executive-ready business cases, roadmaps, performance scorecards, and strategy communications.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and influence decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Measure success by adoption, efficiency gains, productivity improvements, quality, and risk reduction.
